Bank of Bogota App Redesign 2021

In today's digital age, traditional banking requires a transformation. In this case, I would like to show how the strategic redesign of the application improved both the user experience and the business indicators.

Problem

Users perceive the Mobile Banking application as outdated, complex, and overwhelming. This leads them to visit physical branches to do basic tasks such as checking product details, making payments, and requesting documents – tasks that should be quickly done through the app.

I created multiple designs for the different uses of the application, as well as the definition of some of the components of the design system such as colors, typography, buttons and icons.
